Step 1: Heat up the oven to 375°F. Butter a medium-sized shallow casserole dish.

You can store any leftover crisp at room temperature. If you need to keep it longer, put it in the fridge for up to 3 days. Cover it tightly with aluminum foil on the pie plate before placing it in the refrigerator.
Note that the leftover crips remain good to eat for up to three days. After that, the strawberries start losing their appetizing taste and texture. They tend to break down.
