After gathering all the ingredients, start preparing by following the steps given below. Remember to use the right ingredient at the right time.

    Let’s get started!

Step 1 – Mix Dry Ingredients

Grab a bowl, and add rolled oats of about 2 ½ cups. Next, add cinnamon, baking powder, and salt; mix all the ingredients well.

Note that you are using a big bowl, so the mixture blends well without falling out of the bowl.

Step 2 – Combine Other Wet Ingredients

Add eggs, honey/maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and milk of your choice in a separate bowl. Mix all the ingredients well until whisked well.

Hearing the name honey only reminds me of the delicious honey shortbread cookies. You have to try this recipe!

Also, if you do not have coconut oil, you can add melted butter as an alternative.

Step 3 – Merge the Both Mixtures

When both the mixtures are separately ready, combine them in one bowl and stir until fully meshed. Once you feel all the elements are mixed well, move to the next exciting step!

Step 4 – Sprinkle and Mix the Berries

Grab some chopped berries or whatever fruit you want to use; we chose berries which include strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. Add them to the mixture, stir, and add some on the top if you want.

You can also use mangoes, grapes, or other fruits according to your liking.

Step 5 – Bake the Dish

Firstly, get your hands on a round baking dish of about 8 inches or if you want to bake in a square baking dish, then go for 9×9 inches. Place the oatmeal mixture in the baking dish.

Combining dry and wet ingredients is best when you are ready to bake them.

Once you add the whole mixture to the baking dish, put it in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees F or check if it is browned and crisped well enough before the required time.

Also, check through the knife to see if the oatmeal is entirely baked well.

Also, you can freeze it for up to 3 months without losing its taste.

It’s Time to Serve and Enjoy!

Finally, you can have this amazing healthy fruity breakfast filled with berries and other sweeteners. You can also add the topping of whipped cream, yogurt, dry fruits, or even berries if you want to.
