    Ingredients

    Firstly, let’s grab the ingredients that you need for this recipe. You do not have to worry about this part at all because this recipe requires the basic elements that are available and easy to find. 

    For oats mixture

    • 2 ½ cups of rolled oats
    • 1 tsp cinnamon 
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • ½ tsp salt

    For further process

    • 2 eggs
    • 1 ½ cups of milk (of your own choice) 
    • ⅓ cup of honey or maple syrup
    • 2 tbsp of melted butter or coconut oil
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
    • 2 or 2 ½ cups of frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)

    This flavorsome mixed, baked berry oatmeal recipe will surprise you with its mouth-watering look and taste. 

    After gathering all the ingredients, start preparing by following the steps given below. Remember to use the right ingredient at the right time.

    Step 1 – Mix Dry Ingredients 

    Grab a bowl, and add rolled oats of about 2 ½ cups. Next, add cinnamon, baking powder, and salt; mix all the ingredients well. 

    Note that you are using a big bowl, so the mixture blends well without falling out of the bowl. 

    Step 2 – Combine Other Wet Ingredients

    Add eggs, honey/maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and milk of your choice in a separate bowl. Mix all the ingredients well until whisked well.

    Also, if you do not have coconut oil, you can add melted butter as an alternative. 

    Step 3 – Merge the Both Mixtures

    When both the mixtures are separately ready, combine them in one bowl and stir until fully meshed. Once you feel all the elements are mixed well, move to the next exciting step!

    Step 4 – Sprinkle and Mix the Berries

    Grab some chopped berries or whatever fruit you want to use; we chose berries which include strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. Add them to the mixture, stir, and add some on the top if you want.

    Step 5 – Bake the Dish

    Firstly, get your hands on a round baking dish of about 8 inches or if you want to bake in a square baking dish, then go for 9×9 inches. Place the oatmeal mixture in the baking dish. 

    Combining dry and wet ingredients is best when you are ready to bake them. 

    Once you add the whole mixture to the baking dish, put it in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees F or check if it is browned and crisped well enough before the required time. 

    Also, check through the knife to see if the oatmeal is entirely baked well.

    • 2 ½ cups outdated rolled oats
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • ½ tsp salt
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 ½ cups milk of choice
    • cup honey or maple syrup
    • 2 tbsp coconut oil or butter melted
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 2-2 ½ cups berries frozen or fresh

    Instructions
     

    • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
    • Take a bowl, and mix the dry ingredients: cinnamon, salt, and baking powder with oatmeal.
    • Add eggs, milk, honey, butter, and vanilla essence in a separate bowl, and mix all the ingredients well.
    • Combine both wet and dry mixtures in one bowl.
    • Unpack the fresh or frozen berries and add to the bowl; stir slowly and set them well.
    • Grab an 8-inch round baking dish and apply cooking spray to it.
    • Now shift the prepared mixture into the baking dish.
    • Bake the dish for about 40-45 minutes or until crisped or browned. Do remember to check it through a knife and ensure the knife comes out clean, which means your dish is ready.
    • Once the baked meal is ready, let the meal cool for 5-10 minutes.
