  • Raw top sirloin beef: 1 lb. (trimmed of fat, thickly sliced into ½ inch pieces)
  • Coconut oil: 1 tsp.
  • Broccoli: 4 cups (cut in florets)
  • Bell peppers: 2 (medium, cut into cubes of one inch)
  • Garlic cloves: 2 (chopped)
  • Fresh ginger: 1 (thin, peeled, and finely chopped)

Directions

  1. Mix 4 Tbsp. water, soy sauce, and 1 Tbsp in a small mixing bowl. Cornstarch and honey. 
  2. Set the bowl aside.
  3. Now combine the leftover 2 Tbsp. Water and 1 Tbsp. Corn starch in a large bowl. 
  4. Mix them well.
  5. Add beef and toss it gently for coating. 
  6. Take a large skillet and heat oil in it over a medium-high flame. 
  7. Add beef and cook it by stirring fast for 2 minutes. The meat should no longer remain pink. 
  8. Remove it from the skillet and keep it warm. 
  9. Add ginger, garlic, bell pepper, and broccoli to the skillet. 
  10. Cook it while frequently stirring for 5 minutes. 
  11. Place this broccoli mixture in a beef bowl.
  12. Add soy sauce mixture to the skillet. 
  13. Cook and stir constantly. The flame should be medium-high for 30 seconds. The mixture should be thickened by the end.
  14. Place the beef and broccoli mixture on the skillet. 
  15. Cook it for 2 minutes. This should be mixed well and heated through.
