    This low-carb Big Mac salad is ready to eat in just about 20 minutes. It’s a cheeseburger salad that is gluten-free keto salad and is an excellent solution to your menu list. It is also packed with protein. Enjoy it in any of your lunches or dinner!

    Salad Ingredients

    • Ground beef
    • 1 tsp Sea salt
    • ¼ tsp Black pepper
    • 8 oz Romaine lettuce or iceberg
    • ¾ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
    • ½ cup Pickles diced
    • 1 cup Tomatoes chopped

    Sauce or Dressing Ingredients

    • ½ cups Mayonnaise
    • 2 tbsp Pickles diced
    • 2 tsp Mustard
    • 1 tsp White vinegar
    • ½ tsp Smoked paprika
    • tbsp Powdered Erythritol or any other sweetener, adjust to taste


    • In a skillet, cook ground beef over high heat. Season it using sea salt and black pepper. Break up in pieces by stir-frying. Use a spatula to do this. Fry for about 7 to 10 minutes or until the beef turns brown and its moisture evaporates.
    • You should prepare the dressing in the meanwhile.
    • Pour all the above ingredients for dressing into a blender and blend well. If the dressing is thicker than required, thin it out with water or oil and blend again. Adjust sweetener to desired taste. Refrigerate the mix until serving.
    • In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients for the salad. Now include ground beef. Toss well with dressing. Enjoy the goodness!
