Bell pepper – 1-2 sliced or paysanne.
Green beans – 1 to ½ lbs (without ends).
Zucchini (medium-sized) – 1 – sliced
Crookneck squash
– Two squashes – sliced
Chicken Sausage
– 3-4 chicken sausages – sliced.

Fresh basil
– 2-3 tbsp – chopped.
